Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of applications (“Apps”) published by Ovrid Labs, a product brand of ADANOOR (EURL, France), on the Atlassian Marketplace.

1. Acceptance

By installing or using any Ovrid Labs app, you agree to these Terms. If you are using our apps on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Service Description

Ovrid Labs develops and publishes Forge-native applications for the Atlassian Cloud platform. Our apps are distributed exclusively through the Atlassian Marketplace and operate within Atlassian’s infrastructure.

3. Licensing and Billing

  • App licenses are managed through the Atlassian Marketplace
  • Billing, payments, and refunds are handled by Atlassian according to the Atlassian Marketplace Terms
  • Free tiers are available with limited functionality as described on each app’s listing
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our apps
  • Use our apps to violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to circumvent licensing restrictions
  • Use our apps in a way that could harm Atlassian’s infrastructure or other users

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our apps remain with ADANOOR (EURL). The Atlassian Marketplace license grants you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the apps according to your subscription tier.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our apps are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ADANOOR (EURL) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our apps. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using our apps at any time by uninstalling them. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of France.
