Privacy Policy

Ovrid Labs is a product brand of ADANOOR, registered in France. We develop Atlassian Marketplace apps built exclusively on Atlassian Forge. This privacy policy describes how our apps handle data.

Apps covered

This policy applies to all apps published by Ovrid Labs on the Atlassian Marketplace, including:

• UserLens - license optimization for Jira and Confluence
• ConfluClean - content lifecycle management for Confluence

Data we process

Our apps process data from your Atlassian instance solely to provide their functionality. The data accessed depends on the app:

• UserLens (read-only): user directory information (display names, account identifiers, account status, last active dates), activity metadata (timestamps of actions in Jira and Confluence), and product access records.
• ConfluClean: Confluence page metadata (title, status, last modified date, space information) and page content, accessed to perform the archival operations you configure.

Where relevant to an app’s functionality, structural data such as project and space names may also be processed.

Where data is stored

All app data is stored in Atlassian Forge Storage (KVS and SQL), hosted and managed by Atlassian and encrypted at rest. We do not transmit, copy, or replicate your data to any external server, database, or third-party service. Our apps make zero outbound network calls at runtime - all processing happens within the Forge runtime, communicating only with Atlassian’s own APIs where required.

What we do not collect

• We do not collect email addresses (unless you provide one in a feedback form - see “Feedback data” below)
• We do not collect passwords or authentication credentials
• We do not use cookies or tracking technologies
• We do not serve advertisements or use your data for profiling
• We do not send data to external analytics services
• We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to third parties
• We do not use your data for AI or ML training

Permissions and data access

App permissions (scopes) are listed transparently during installation, following the principle of least privilege.

• UserLens operates with read-only scopes and cannot modify, delete, or create content in your Atlassian products.
• ConfluClean uses write access solely to perform the content lifecycle operations you configure, such as archiving and restoring pages, acting only on your defined rules and schedules and notifying page owners before archiving. It does not permanently delete content without explicit configuration.

Only authorized administrators of your Atlassian site can access app data through the app interface. Ovrid Labs personnel cannot access your instance data remotely.

Data retention

Scan results, metrics, and configuration data persist in Forge Storage for as long as the app is installed. Operational logs are retained for 30 days. When you uninstall an app, all associated data is deleted by Atlassian per their data retention policies.

Feedback data

If you voluntarily submit feedback through our in-app feedback form, your responses are collected via Google Forms. This may include your rating, comments, site identifier, app tier, and an email address if you choose to provide one. This data is used solely to improve our products.

Your rights

You can access your data through the app interface at any time, delete all app data by uninstalling the app, and contact us with any privacy questions at privacy@ovrid.io.

Children’s privacy

Our apps are business tools designed for organizational use. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

Subprocessors

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes are reflected in the “Last updated” date above and may be communicated through the app or our Marketplace listing.
