Privacy Policy

Ovrid Labs is a product brand of ADANOOR (EURL), registered in France. This privacy policy describes how our Atlassian Marketplace applications (“Apps”) handle data.

1. Our Apps

This policy covers all apps published by Ovrid Labs on the Atlassian Marketplace, including but not limited to:

  • UserLens - License optimization for Jira and Confluence
  • ConfluClean - Content lifecycle management for Confluence

2. Data Processing

2.1 Data Location

All our apps are Forge-native. This means your data is processed and stored entirely within Atlassian’s infrastructure. We do not operate external servers, databases, or data processing pipelines.

2.2 Data We Access

Our apps access Atlassian product data strictly through Atlassian’s APIs using the minimum required scopes. The specific data accessed depends on the app:

  • UserLens: User account information (display name, email, account status, last active dates), product access records. All access is read-only.
  • ConfluClean: Confluence page metadata (title, status, last modified date, space information), page content for archival operations.

2.3 Data We Store

Data is stored using Atlassian Forge Storage (SQL and Key-Value Store), which resides within Atlassian’s infrastructure. We store:

  • Aggregated scan results and metrics
  • User activity summaries
  • App configuration settings
  • Operational logs (retained for 30 days)

2.4 Data We Do NOT Collect

  • We do not collect personal data outside of Atlassian’s platform
  • We do not use cookies or tracking technologies
  • We do not send data to external analytics services
  • We do not sell, share, or transfer data to third parties
  • We do not use your data for advertising or profiling

3. Data Retention

App data is retained as long as the app is installed on your Atlassian site. Upon uninstallation, Atlassian’s Forge platform handles data cleanup according to Atlassian’s data retention policies.

4. Security

  • All data transmission uses Atlassian’s encrypted channels
  • Our apps undergo Atlassian’s security review process before listing
  • We follow Atlassian’s security guidelines for Forge app development
  • No external network calls are made (zero egress), except to Atlassian’s own APIs where required

5. Your Rights

As our apps operate within Atlassian’s infrastructure, your data rights are primarily governed by your agreement with Atlassian and your organization’s Atlassian administrator. You may:

  • Request information about what data our apps access
  • Uninstall our apps at any time, which stops all data processing
  • Contact us with any privacy concerns

6. Children’s Privacy

Our apps are business tools designed for organizational use. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
